We find with many organizations we work with that they either ideate and plan with great execution BUT are disappointed with the impact and results because they did not first Lead with Empathy to understand their end-user. OR, they Lead with Empathy and have outstanding ideas that could lead to impact, but they don’t dedicate enough time to planning to arrive at successful implementation.
