Moving from the Create Mode of the Collaborate Mode during the ChangeMaker Innovation Process™ allows for collaborative feedback to enhance and elevate ideas and design solutions.
Evaluate:
Solicit positive and constructive feedback. Use teamwork to inspire and encourage. Allow scientific discourse and collaborative conversations to bring new insights to the process/project. What key questions can I ask others?
In the Collaborate Mode, one gets to participate in thought-provoking discussions and conversations with the goal of gaining new insights, perspectives, and understandings. Collaborating effectively allows for all voices and ideas to be heard in a safe environment. Collaboration is a pursuit of learning from each other to harness the “Power of Together” for greater widespread impact.
Collaboration creates value TOGETHER that can not be created alone!
The “I Like, I Wish, I Wonder” activity and graphic organizer is a place to start. This can be used in one-on-one feedback sessions or in small group scenarios to discuss organizational culture or specific feedback on new concepts, ideas, and design solutions.
What is the value in Collaborating?*
- Harness the collective perspectives and strength of your team
- Uncover new ideas and unexpected areas of exploration
- Step beyond obvious solutions to increase innovation potential
- Create fluency and flexibility in your innovative options
